兔毛有優(yōu)異的天然特性。兔毛是髓腔纖維，里邊有死空氣層，使其保暖性優(yōu)異；一同，吸濕保濕效果高，其吸濕是羊毛的2倍，棉花的3倍，故具有天然的保健作用。初步飼養(yǎng)長(zhǎng)毛兔，今已有70多年的前史。此期間相繼從英、法、日、德等國(guó)引進(jìn)了不少優(yōu)異的兔種，也定型了自己的"我國(guó)白兔毛"種類。我國(guó)從單純出口兔毛質(zhì)料，到出口兔毛紗、兔毛紡織制品，為發(fā)明晰許多外匯。

依據(jù)兔毛的結(jié)構(gòu)研究加工方法，結(jié)合兔毛的特征規(guī)劃制作了新的特別紡紗工藝（其間運(yùn)用了二項(xiàng)自己的），這項(xiàng)紡紗技術(shù)不加和毛油、抗靜電劑，減少兔毛纖維危害，一同制毛條時(shí)加吸風(fēng)除去超短纖維及危害短纖維。研制的短流程、紡純兔毛高支紗的加工路途運(yùn)用于出產(chǎn)，通過(guò)判定?，F(xiàn)已批量出產(chǎn)了高支紗兔毛衫、兔毛褲、兔毛襪等多個(gè)深受消費(fèi)者歡迎的純兔毛產(chǎn)品。這些產(chǎn)品不掉毛、不起球而且抵達(dá)可機(jī)洗的要求。這項(xiàng)技術(shù)認(rèn)為屬國(guó)內(nèi)首創(chuàng)，國(guó)外也未有類似路途。
