本病是家兔常見的呼吸道疾病之一，若不及時，容易繼發(fā)支氣管炎和肺炎。主要原因是寒冷的突然侵襲致病。如兔舍保溫不良，突然遭到寒流襲擊；或早春、晚秋季節(jié)，天氣驟變，日夜間溫差過大，機體不適應而抵抗力降低等。

1、臨床證狀 天氣突然寒冷后，很多兔發(fā)病。病兔精神沉郁，眼半閉。食欲減退或廢絕。體溫升高，四肢末端及耳鼻發(fā)涼，結(jié)膜潮紅，伴發(fā)結(jié)膜炎時，怕光流淚。有時咳嗽，打噴嚏，流水樣鼻汁。

2、預防 平時應加強管理，隨時注意天氣變化，及時做好防寒保暖工作，對病兔要精心飼養(yǎng)，避風保暖，喂給易消化飼料，充分供給清潔飲水。

3、 可口服撲熱息痛，每次0.5克，每日2次。皮下或肌肉注射復方氨基比林注射液1毫升，每日2次，連用1-3日。另肌肉注射青霉素20萬-40萬單位，或鏈霉素0.25-0.50克，也可注射磺胺二甲嘧啶，每次每千克體重70毫克，1日2次，連用2-3日。
