長毛兔繁殖三誤區(qū)

一、比例失調(diào)。理論上1只種公兔可以負擔8~10只母兔的配種任務，但實際上1只種公兔承擔10只母兔的配種任務時，如實行復配，那么這只種公兔就要每天連續(xù)配種2次。如此長期頻繁地使用，種公兔會因體質消耗過大而導致性欲減退、精液品質下降，受配母兔空懷率高，失去種用價值。

二、配種過早。長毛兔的性成熟早于體成熟。小體型品系的兔3~4月齡就達到性成熟。而6月齡才接近體成熟；大體型品系的兔4~5月齡達到性成熟，8月齡時才接近體成熟。有些剛引種的養(yǎng)殖場、戶為了在種兔銷售形勢好的時候，早繁殖早出售種兔，不到配種月齡就使種兔提早配種繁殖，結果因種兔營養(yǎng)水平和身體狀況滿足不了自身和胎兒生長發(fā)育的需要，造成妊娠母兔大量流產(chǎn)，或產(chǎn)下死胎、弱仔，母兔產(chǎn)后無乳或乳汁不足等情況，這樣不但沒有達到預期目的，反而使種兔身體受到損失，推遲了繁殖期。

三、連續(xù)血配。在母兔產(chǎn)仔后2天內(nèi)進行交配，使哺乳與妊娠時進行，使母兔在單位時間內(nèi)生產(chǎn)出更多后代的繁殖方法即為血配。這種方法雖然可以迅速地繁殖后代，但不能連續(xù)使用，因為在血配時由于母兔吸收的營養(yǎng)物質一要維持自身的新陳代謝，二要產(chǎn)生乳汁哺育仔兔，三要供給胎兒生長的需要，而通常在一般飼養(yǎng)條件下，母兔吸收的營養(yǎng)物質滿足不了這三個方面的需求，導致母兔體質消耗過大，身體衰竭，乳汁分泌不足；哺乳仔兔由于營養(yǎng)缺乏而體質弱、生長緩慢、死亡率高；所懷的胎兒生長發(fā)育緩慢，出生后體弱，成活率也低。
