其實，原因也不復(fù)雜， 胎～第二胎容易發(fā)情配上并成功受孕，那是因為這些新手一般都是買的商品兔（名譽上都是種兔，并且花的也是種兔的價錢)做的種兔，因為沒有繁育過，前期累積的養(yǎng)分可以基本保證正常的發(fā)情和繁育。到了第三～第四胎，因為，前面不懂防疫及管理，由于懷孕，哺乳身體透支過大，營養(yǎng)基本都是缺乏嚴重，又加上預(yù)防基本都是沒有跟的上，各種病菌毒從四面八方侵入，需要補充營養(yǎng)的沒能及時彌補，后期肌體已經(jīng)完全失衡，基本都是營養(yǎng)跟不上又加上許多疾病傍身，所以就很難再出現(xiàn)前期那樣的正常發(fā)情，容易發(fā)情，配種，順利繁育那樣的容易事了，要知道，一個母兔一旦營養(yǎng)缺失，沒有半個月以上，甚更長的時間是很難再恢復(fù)到正?；蛘呓咏】刀鹊?，這需要幾個方面的配合和跟進，才可以慢慢恢復(fù)如初，（具體補充護理見我文章：初胎母兔的孕期管理。）。

這個時間如果能夠及時補救，還不是太晚，可惜，許多養(yǎng)兔新手沒有及時跟進亡羊補牢，找出不足，加以彌補。而是拼命想發(fā)展擴大，不愿或者不舍得淘汰早應(yīng)該淘汰的病兔及不適合做種的兔子，并賣出前幾胎所生的商品兔以緩解經(jīng)濟上的壓力和種群不合理的擴大。就這樣，為了發(fā)展而發(fā)展，結(jié)果兔子是多了，可飼料、預(yù)防藥品、人工、水電及未知風(fēng)險都在逐步加大，弄的自己疲憊不堪，經(jīng)濟壓力陡增，這個時候才感到養(yǎng)兔不容易，更沒有自己當(dāng)初想像的那樣容易了。
